  • Yes, if on a scale of 0 to 10, (with zero meaning "no desire" and "10" meaning "great desire"), you feel at least an 8 out of 10 degree of desire to have healthier boundaries

  • Author and Coach, Cyndi McCoy, will lead and facilitate the entire challenge

  • Day 1 - you will join a one hour live Zoom chat, in which you have the choice to participate with text, audio, and/or video - whichever makes you feel comfortable

  • Between Day 1 and the last day - you will keep accountable to make daily progress your Coach, Cyndi (and the boundaries challenge group only if you chose a group challenge)

  • Daily accountability between live sessions is through your smart phone (via Zoom, WhatsApp or Telegram, T.B.D. depending on the challenge)

  • Last Day - a one hour live Zoom chat, in which you have the choice of text only, voice, and/or video (the same options as on Day 1)

  • A measurably different approach to the human relationship that you're working on throughout the boundaries challenge

  • Techniques for decision-making and action-taking in that relationship that will allow you to make decisions and take actions that are more true to yourself and your unique values and motivations

  • Since studies show a correlation between the quality of your human relationships and your physical health and longevity, one of the best results we aim for is a higher quality, healthier, and longer life as long as you continue to use what you learned in each boundaries challenge

  • A one-hour live foundational Zoom video call with your boundaries coach (Cyndi) and if you chose a group challenge, then that foundational call will include Cyndi together with a group of others just like you 

  • An absolute minimum of one minute each day of the challenge to complete your daily boundaries challenge and report progress

  • On the last day, a second one-hour live accountability Zoom video call with your boundaries coach, just like the first one but to follow up on your results and learning along the way

  • Sign up via the form on this page, and once we're ready, we'll send you a link so you can pick a time and pay your entry fee (if applicable). Then, a calendar invite will be sent to you automatically that contains your link to join.

  • Download the very popular and respected "Zoom" app to your smart phone or computer (if you don't have it already), or, instead you may join live Zoom events via your web browser.

  • Receive regular reminders via text message to make progress throughout the challenge

  • Prior to the first day and last day of live one-hour sessions, you may want to warn anyone who may interrupt you that you have blocked out important self-care for that hour on both days.
